Together you and FinSexy.com may be referred to as the "Parties" or separately as "Party", and the website may be referred to as the "Website", "Site", "Application", or "App".

1. Access

You are not authorized to create an account or use the Services in any capacity whatsoever unless all of the following are true, and by using the Services, you represent and warrent that:

  2. You understand that FinSexy.com is a FinDom website for adults, and is not directed at minors.
  3. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that all profiles on the Website are imaginary, and do not represent real people. Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
  4. You are voluntarily choosing to access this website and consent to receiving Financial Domination services.
  5. You are legally qualified to enter into a binding contract with FinSexy.com.
  6. You are not prohibited by law from using the Website.
  7. You have not committed, been convicted of, or pled guilty to, a felony or sex crime.

2. Services

FinSexy.com provides Financial Domination Services to consenting adults. For the purposes of this agreement, Financial Domination Services may refer to (but are not limited to): accepting payments denominated in digital or fiat currencies, sale of V.I.P. Memberships, sale of worthless digital assets, arbitrary upcharging through Premium Codes and Gold Memberships, accepting digital or physical gifts, sexually humiliating or embarassing the user, performing confusing and sadistic smart contract-based games and rituals, or any other act that involves the user losing money. All payments made to FinSexy.com findoms in Ether or SexyCredits are final and non-refundable. Under no circumstances is FinSexy.com required to issue a refund for Financial Domination services rendered.

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO FINSEXY FINDOMS OR FINSEXY.COM ARE UNCONDITIONAL AND DO NOT ENTITLE THE USER TO ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES OR NFTs.

Purchase of the Very Important Paypig (V.I.P.) Membership NFT entitles the owner to 25 SexyCredits, which may be used to send to participating FinSexy findoms, or to transfer to other V.I.P. members. SexyCredits may only be held by V.I.P. Members. Additionally, V.I.P. Members are entitled to several premium Website features, such as: access to the @CustomerSupport247 findom, faster findom response times, and Website color overrides. Purchasing a V.I.P. Membership NFT on the secondary market will only entitle the buyer to the number of SexyCredits associated with that specific NFT. This may entail an amount greater or lesser than 25 SexyCredits. The V.I.P. Gold Membership entitles the buyer to a 50% premium on the purchase price and a Gold Star on their NFT. Additionally, FinSexy findoms may occasionally acknowledge the Gold membership status.

3. Privacy

Privacy is important to us. FinSexy.com collects no information about you, and stores no cookies on your device. All findom chat logs are held in your web browser's localStorage, and my be cleared at any time by running the following JavaScript code: localStorage.clear(). This data can be access in a base64-encoded format at finsexy.com/dev. Access to this payload will allow any user to regenerateyour entire App state without your permission.

Note that all blockchain transactions you undertake in relation to the Website will be public and associated with your Ethereum address. These actions include (but are not limited to): sending Ether to FinSexy.com findoms smart contracts, purchasing a V.I.P. membership, burning Ether, purchasing FastCash, cleansing your Ether balance, and participating in @steviep's Sexy Game.

All content on FinSexy.com and associated FinSexy NFTs are licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0. All profile images and NFT thumbnail PNGs are generated by various Stable Diffusion models. Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental. Apple Chancery Font is a trademark of Apple Computer, Inc.

5. Forward Looking Statements & Projections

All references to "cash", "fast cash", and "money", refer specifically to FASTCASH, and NOT US Dollars, Great British Pounds, Japanese Yen, Euro, Bitcoin, Ether, or any other crypto or fiat currencies, unless clearly specified. All mentions of "wealth", "affluence", "prosperity", "fortune", "becoming rich", "investment returns", and so forth, strictly refer to a subjective, intangible definition of wealth, more closely resembling one's personal satisfaction with their own life, rather than an arbitrary quantity of non-FastCash-related currency. The user shall fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FinSexy.com from any claims, costs, lawsuites, demands, causes of action, losses, liabilities, injury, and damages of any kind whatsoever (including monetary loss, property damage, personal injury, and/or wrongful death) from using the FinSexy Services. This indemnification includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgements, attorney's fees, and related costs or expenses. We do not warrant that your use of the Services will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, error-free or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the Services will be corrected. Furthermore, you acknowledge that all smart contracts associated with the Services are unaudited. The developer makes no warranty that these contracts will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects. The developer shall not be responsible for any financial loss incurred by the user as a result of using any part of the Services, including the Contracts or the FinSexy.com website.

8. Enforceability

If any provision of this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited. This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the parties related to matters specified herein, and supersedes any prior oral or written statements or Agreements between parties related to such matters.
